How can mediation help in neighborhood disputes?

Mediation allows for neighbors to meet in a neutral environment to discuss their issues and work towards mutually agreeable solutions. Professionally trained mediators will help manage the process, guiding the conversation to ensure both sides are fairly heard and able to evaluate possible solutions.
